I’m Maya and I am an 18-year-old photographer currently studying media. I fell in love with the Matildas and soccer during the 2016 Rio Olympics.
However, it wasn’t until high school photography lessons that I developed a great appreciation for photography. It came natural to me to combine my two passions, sport and photography, where I haven’t looked back since! Being a part of this program is a dream come true, and I hope not only to improve my imagery, but also make connections with other participants, while making the most of the World Cup being on home soil!
